Central to my approach with clients and students is an application of management and organization science to talent management, group, and individual experiences and challenges. Reflecting this approach, I am abreast of cutting edge research that can be utilized in real-world situations.

In workshops and speeches, I frame my remarks based on participant and audience needs and interests. Toward that end, I work closely with the key contacts in advance to ensure that I am “on point” with stated aims.

Core to my speeches and workshops are experiential activities and/or assessments that make the takeaways memorable and actionable.

I am passionate about the topics I discuss and the workshops I teach. I believe that management science has much to offer people’s lives and careers. This belief translates into speeches and workshops that energize the participants and motivates them to take action.
