need a speaker?

As a management professor, I'm often asked to speak on management and leadership topics, which I greatly enjoy. My approach to speaking involves (1) ensuring that the audience has practical takeaways that they can implement in their careers; (2) incorporating the scientific literature on that topic so that the takeaways are valid and the right ones; and (3) weaving stories into the speech to make it more memorable.

The speeches I've given fit three primary categories: (1) management; (2) leadership; and (3) career development, with a particular emphasis on mentoring. (The latter is my greatest area of expertise.) Below are some specific speeches I've given within these topical areas.
